Delivery and Shipping

Delivery Addresses

Deliveries will only be made to a street address where there is always someone to receive the goods and sign for them between 08:30 and 16:30 each weekday. We cannot guarantee delivery times, so if someone is not always available within this time frame, you must nominate a business street address. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes. Rackmart currently delivers to within a 50km radius of Perth and Mandurah CBDs only. If you require delivery outside these areas you need to nominate your carrier's address details in the shipping address section of our order page, with your account number in the comments. Alternatively, you may choose to collect your order from our Belmont or Mandurah warehouses.

Delivery Times

Deliveries will be made between business hours of 08:30am and 04:30pm.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges of $50 (including GST) will apply to each order delivered to a street address within 50km of Perth or Mandurah; otherwise you can nominate your own carrier to pick up. If the order is on-forwarded through your carrier, then you will be responsible for additional freight costs. [Internet Order Only]
